I designed and developed the WordPress website for The Adjustments Project, the non-profit organisation I founded to help disabled, neurodivergent and chronically ill people understand their rights and access support in education and work. I manage the site’s structure, content and ongoing development, alongside researching, writing and designing its digital resources. These include guides to workplace adjustments, assistive technology and the EHCP process, translating complex information into practical tools people can use to prepare for conversations, request support and make informed decisions.
